2.Show the Daming's poster. Ask:

How many small monsters are there?

How many big monsters are there?

watch the cartoon then answer.

3.Watch again and answer the questions:

How many hands are there?

How many arms are there?

4.Listen to the text and answer the question

How many legs and feet?

5.Reading Time: Listen read and imitate.

6.Funny Reading: 1.分角色读课文。

2.给课文配音。(激发学生学习热情)

Step III: Consolidation

1.Read and circle "There is... There are... Then discuss in groups.

2.教师微课讲解。(帮助学生理解there be 句型用法)

3.实战练习。

4.出示活动三图片进行问答。然后让学生把回答问题所得到的小粘贴粘成一张画,并到前面用There is ...There are...介绍。(学生自己用得到的粘贴作画并用所学句型介绍,让学生运用所学句型,给学生创造语言环境)
