??语言技能：能够在实际生活中恰当的运用I’m (hungry/thirsty). I want to (eat/drink).来表达自己的真情实感。本课拓展点在I want to (eat/drink) sth.,可与第二单元及上学期学过的食物单词进行正确搭配表达。
??情感态度：通过举行生日派对及唱生日歌的场景向学生展示如何为旁人庆祝，及与旁人友好交往的方式。课堂末尾请学生背诵珍惜粮食的诗句，与语文学科互相渗透。
学习策略：由旧知引入新知，新旧结合，有利于在学生在学习中形成完整的知识板块。
三、教学重点和难点：单词hungry与eat，thirsty与drink的辨析，易出现使用混淆。I want to (eat/drink)为本课主干句型，可拓展为I want to (eat/drink) sth.
四、教具：希沃白板PPT课件，教学词卡。
五、教学过程：
（一）Class opening（5 minutes）
1. Lead in
Introduce Peppa Pig to students and let them guess the subject of this lesson.
Pre-learning
Review the word table.
Then show them Peppa Pig’s birthday party,and sing the birthday song.Use the song to show them another sound about hungry.
Let students guess the meaning of “hungry”,then practise the sentence “I’m hungry.”
（二）New Concepts（30minutes）
While-learning
Use the picture to show children the new word “food”,then use the PPT to wipe the picture and practise it.
Review six words,fish,bananas,meat,apples,oranges and grass.
①Use “A monkey is hungry.”to make a scene.And lead in the target word “eat”and sentences “I’m hungry.I want to eat …”.
Use another two animals to consolidate the sentences.
Let students practise them.
②Use the sound “thirsty” to show the new word “thirsty”.
Then let them say “I’m thirsty.”
From the comparison between the word “eat” and “drink”,show the word “drink” and “juice”.
③Read the new words and sentences together.
④Two games (check the words and sentences)
⑤Show the sentences “Let’s eat.The juice is good.”
After-learning （2 minutes）
Review the words and sentences on the book ,read it together.
Play a PPT game (about words and sentences).
