Step 1: Greeting

Greet each other .

Step 2: Warming up

T: Now,Let’s listen to a song ,then ,guess, what is the song talking about?

After listening the song ,ask students to answer the question.

S:jobs.

review some jobs students have learnt.

Students look at pictures to review the job words.

Step3:presentation

1.Teacher shows some pictures about the new words in this unit.students speak out the chinese meaning,then ,lead in the new knowledge.

T: show new words:

Factory worker /postman /businessman /businesswoman /police officer

Then ,practice reading these words again and again.

Do matching.

Match these english wors cards with the pictures.

T: look at the pictures .then ,think about

How to ask others’jobs?

Then ,show a man’s picture,ask students.how to ask his job?

Then ,show students the key sentence strcture:

What does he do ?

Then ,teach students to read this sentence.
