二、教学重难点

重点:掌握并熟练运用句型He’s tall and strong。What’s his /her name? His/ her name is……以及四会单词极及短语tall and strong”,“Chinese friend”, “friendly”【突破方法:制造具体情境引导学生运用句型进行会话,从而从句型练习中熟悉单词。】

难点:掌握单词“Chinese friend”和“friendly”的发音,知道日常生活中用“strong”代替“fat”,不宜用“big”来形容人的体貌特征。【突破方法:多教多练,让学生熟练掌握单词的准确发音。】

三、教学准备

自制PPT, 单词卡片、词组图片、表格等。

四、Teaching Procedures教学过程:

Step 1、Warm-up

1、Greeting.师生问候。

Say “Hello” to everyone.

T: What’s your name?

T: What’s in your classroom?

(I’m your new English teacher, My name is Yang Liu.You can call me Miss yang,OK? Today, we have many teachers in our class, They are your teachers and they are also my teachers, So, Let’s say “hello” to all the teachers,OK?)

OK, now, Let’s chant and do!(同桌面对面互相拍手击掌)

Friends, Friends, Touch your face Friends, Friends, Touch your nose Friends, Friends, Touch your face Friends, Friends,clap your hands!

[设计意图]:通过师生问候,同唱英语歌曲,激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生学习积极性,使学生轻松愉快的进入课堂氛围中,利用轻松愉快的话题把学生很自然的带入到本课的主题中。

Step 2: Presentation

1、T: I ‘m your new English teacher, but I’m also your new friend, yes? So, I want to know your name, “What’s your name? OK, Nice to meet you!She is my friend, He is my friend, You are all my friends, I have so many friends here. I’m very happy, Now, this class, we are going to talk about “Unit3 My friends.【Spell the topic and write on the blackboard】

2、反义词游戏。

Now, I say tall, you can say”short”教师说出一个形容词,学生快速说出它的反义词,看看谁的反应快。

tall—short short—long big—small

[设计意图]:此活动既可以活跃课堂气氛,又能帮助学生复习学过的单词如tall, short, long等,为下面的环节作铺垫。

1、Show the picture of the dialogue,Ask the student to answer the question.

a.How many people do you see in the picture?

b.Who are they?
