Step1:Lead-in
1.Greetings .
2.Show the students some pictures and ask them questions like :
T: What can you see in Picture 1,2….?
S: I can see -------- .
T: What can he/she they do? / What ability do/does he /she/they have ?
S: He /She They can …
T: So Different people can do different things. Different people have different abilities.
3.In pairs have the students ask and answer .
Step1:Presention
Present and study the new words to the students .
Ask the students to read the words after the teacher .
Go through the words with students .
Step 3.Practice
Present the students some pictures and ask them to answer some questions .
In pairs have the students make dialogues about the pictures .
Step 4.Presention & Practice
Show the students pictures of some birds and Superman and lead in Comic Strip.
Play the video for the students to listen to the conversation between Eddie and Hobo .
Ask the students to answer some questions about the conversation .
Go through the conversation with the students and explain some language points to them .
Ask them to act it out in pairs .
